*FANTASY FOOTBALL THURSDAY NIGHT LIGHTS*
If there is one night of the week that is the Football Sunday, of NBA. It is Thursday Night. You get the TNT crew, you get a showcase team, probably 99-100% of the time it will be the Lakers or Warriors. The NBA this season is more fast paced than it has ever been in the history of the game. Even on offensive rebounds, the shot clock resets to 14 as opposed to 24, forcing everything to be more quick. With that in mind let us see what we got cooking this Thursday Night!

BULLS @ 76ERS
You want to talk about a trashtalk matchup this is it right here. The 76ers were more or less the weaker team compared to the Celtics on opening night, tonight they get a chance at redemption against a Bulls team that is still figuring out if they are really ready to make the playoffs. Ben Simmons and Zach Lavine will be a fun matchup to watch, but the real problem will be for the Bulls down low. Joel Embiid should BEAST whoever they put on him. Robin Lopez will be fun to watch if he gets the opportunity, battle of giants in that one.
The Bulls really do not have an edge anywhere on the 76ers, the matchups are pretty even. Question is can the Bulls stop Embiid, the answer to that question is probably no. With Embiid being the difference maker, I like the 76ers. I would keep it small.

MIAMI @ WASHINGTON
Miami becomes the first team to play on a back to back this season, and it comes against a very fast Washington Wizards squad. Dwight and Whiteside will be a very exciting matchup to watch down low, and that should be enough to prevent the double team on the John Wall drive, something he did not have last season. If the double comes, the alley-oop will be there to Dwight. Last season he had Gortat who plays below the rim. With Wall being nearly unstoppable, especially at his home debut, look for all the energy to carry the Wizards way as they truly believe they can win the East. Tonight they show it in exciting fashion.

LAKERS @ BLAZERS
Nobody playing on your Thursday Night Fantasy Football team, then you are probably going to be watching LeBron play his first game as a Laker. LeBron is on BEAST Mode at this point of his career and the Blazers have nobody who can stop him. Nobody. So with a dominant LeBron and all the athletic Lakers just dropping as many points as a video game would allow them to, the Blazers are in some serious trouble. Sure Damian Lillard is a BEAST and he can make magic happen, but he will need a lot of help. CJ McCollum will have a beatable assignment with KCP, and Nurk should be able to out muscle McGee at some points of the game. The truth is the Lakers are too fast and they will be putting up too many points that the Blazers will have to be perfect.
Lucky for the Blazers they are at home, not lucky for them, it will hardly matter when LeBron is taking over.
