Daily Pitcher Rankings (July 13th)

BEAST DOME NATION.
I hope you all had a fantastic All-Star Break. Welcome back to your favorite article that you can never get enough of. Good news, there is now two big changes! Number one, on top of Pitcher Rankings, there will also be rankings for the top 5 players of each position daily. For DraftStreet instead of listing my whole team, I will give my best value Hitter and Pitcher for the day.
Let’s Win that championship!
PLAYER RANKINGS (July 13th):
This section will make it’s debut Monday. I want to see the rhythm the players get in coming out of the gates before making my selections. There is also a DraftStreet Q, so this section will remain blank until Week 16.
HR PICKS OF THE DAY (July 13th):
These picks are only going to be narrowed down very slim. Unfortunately there is a Q Tournament on DraftStreet. This will not be accurate until Monday. So until Monday, this will remain the same.
Week 13= 22.8%
Week 14= 20.2%
SELECTIONS:
Day Off Before All-Star Break. Less Predictable day of the Year.
DAILY DRAFTSTREET TEAM (July 13th):
*NEW.
Instead of giving you my roster, you can use my daily player rankings or just see who I select as the best value player of the day (Hitter & Pitcher). The more feedback you give, the better I can make this article for you.
Hitter:
Dan Uggla (2B) $4,600 vs. Chris Young
Uggla is known for having big second halves, and starting off at home against Chris Young could be the perfect recipe to kick things off. His batting average at .333 looks good on paper, but the sample size is only 6 ABs. For $4,600 his risk of .50 points is worth the gamble.
Pitcher:
Franklin Morales (SP) $8,634 @ TB
The Rays are not a good hitting team. Yes they got something going against Just Masterson right before the break, but they have never faced a pitcher like Morales before. At least for a full 7 INN. Morales should take home the W, while grabbing at least 6 Ks.
BET OF THE DAY (July 13th):
Week 12: 6-1
Week 13: 5-2
Week 14: 3-4
Week 15: 0-0
PHILADELPHIA PHILLIES MONEY LINE
You got a hot refreshed Cliff Lee who is coming off of his 1st win of the season. Pitching against a struggling offense where left handed bats like Wilin Rosaio, Carlos Gonzalez, and Tyler Colvin will likely be shut down. Christian Friedrich is on the mound for the Rockies, and you already know the Phillies want to show everyone what they can do when at full strength. Friedrich’s +9.00 home ERA does not help him in this contest. This is the game that the Phillies build momentum off of.
