The year was 2020, Covid hit. Everyone was finding a new hobby in life, sports cards became the big thing. Everyone was going for NBA Legends. Then Zion Rookies. Ja/Zion ruled the Nation.

Once MLB season started in 2020, it was Baseball time and a Jasson Dominguez Rookie Card was going for six figures. Everyone was chasing Jasson, THE NEXT MIKE TROUT! HIS NICKNAME IS THE MARTIAN, BECAUSE HE IS OUT OF THIS WORLD!

The hype was like no other for a player that has never played a MLB game. Jasson was called up in 2023, looked great, but got injured. Jasson could have come up in 2024, but the Yankees decided to opt out and leave Jasson Dominguez enough eligibility so he could be the AL ROY in 2025. The Yankees would be rewarded with an extra pick if you have a hitter win AL ROY.

So now all those card collectors who were chasing Jasson in 2020, can finally see what their investment will do with a Full season in 2025. His card market has remained pretty steady, the price for a Bowman Chrome RC was $20 in 2020, it is still $20 in 2025. His extra rare cards have not been on sale for a long time.

You can too invest in Jasson Dominguez this season by placing money on him to win AL ROY at +350. A good sleeper is Cam Smith at insurance at +3400. I expect Jasson to win it, there is no reason he will not. The voters are going to sway towards a Yankee. However injuries have been the downfall to Jasson, and Cam Smith looks to be the real deal as the prize for the Astros in the Kyle Tucker trade and is playing everyday.

I predict Jasson Dominguez right away is a 30 HR/30 SB monster with great RBI numbers and an amazing batting average. Making him a slam dunk for AL Rookie of the Year.
