Hector Noesi has to go up against one of the hottest teams in Baltimore.  Chances are you do not even know who Noesi is as you read that.  Exactly my point as he is someone that is easy to forget with his 2-11 record going up against Chris Tillman who has filled in for Jason Hammel perfectly.  Baltimore should come away with this one.
