The Washington Wizards are determined to let their #1 pick develop into the superstar he is supposed to be, Alexander Sarr. No doubt that is the right move for the Wizards as they have nothing to play for.

On the flip side of all that, they have one of the most dominant offensive big men in the NBA coming off the bench, Jonas Valanciunas. Jonas always looks good when he allows Sarr to take his 7 minute breathers. Jonas is snatching every rebound, he is putting up every shot. Jonas is a walking double-double, only problem is he never gets enough minutes to produce it.

For the first time all season, Sarr is OUT. Jonas is starting. To make matters better, Jonas is going up against his old team in the Toronto Raptors. I always have theories that players play better when they go up against their old teams, and there is no reason why this one will not be true.

Jonas is bigger than Jakob, and not only that because Jakob has no outside shot, Jonas will be hanging around the rim ready for every rebound.
