TIM BOYLE (TUA CHAPTER?)

Tyler Huntley is getting another start after the Dolphins beat the Patriots last game 15-10 before their bye. Huntley made terrible throws all game, missing easy TDs, and Patriots had at least 3 dropped INTs, they did get one. Huntley was bailed out by the Patriots poor run defense and the Dolphins were able to run it down their throats and win. Also helped a late Patriots TD with 1 minute to go, was overturned which would give the Patriots a 16-15 lead pending PAT. Huntley in his two starts has 0 TD passes, Hill and Waddle have to be frustrated inside, but McDaniel is a Knucklehead and is playing Tyler Huntley because he thinks his nickname ‘Snoop’ is cool.

Despite all this, Tim Boyle has remained the backup QB. Waiting on the sidelines for his time to come in, I see him warm up on the sidelines from time to time, but it does not matter. Dolphins can go an entire half without a TD, McDaniel will still stay with Huntley. This is probably the last game of the season Tim Boyle will be wearing a Dolphins jersey on the sideline, only because the Dolphins are about to do the dumbest thing in the history of sports and play Tua in Week 8.

If Tua gets another concussion on TV, everyone is going to be crying watching live TV as we witness a man turn into a vegetable. Kids will never play Football again, the NFL will have to adjust rules to the sport like we have never seen before literally making it Sarcastaball as Aaron Rodgers referenced to in his post game conference after MNF WEEK 6.

Tim Boyle will likely revert to practice squad in Week 8 where any team can claim him. Saints need a new backup QB behind Carr, and many other teams are likely going to be in need of a QB before the NFL season is over.

Then again, who knows what will happen with Tim Boyle. When I started my Tim Boyle journey, I always imagined he would take over for Aaron Rodgers. I started collecting him after they drafted Jordan Love, my Covid 2020 hobby I picked up. Was excited when he had life in Detroit when Goff missed a few games due to Covid in 2021, thrilled he played a few drives with the Bears in 2022 in Week 18. Somehow managed to be on the Jets, started a couple of games, ended up on the Texans for almost a calendar year and played on two prime-time preseason games. Somehow Boyle ended up on TV taking snaps with the Dolphins in Week 3 and has been the QB2 since.

I write this article, because it might be his last one with the Dolphins.
