It is hard to start this article with just completely ignoring Nick Chubb. We will say best wishes on a speedy recovery from the BEAST DOME Nation.

After Chubb went down, Jerome Ford turned on those engines and turned a couple broken plays into some massive plays. The day after HC Stefanski said Ford is our RB1. Then later that day there were rumors of Kareem Hunt coming into town. Stefanski held his ground and said Ford is our RB1. Next day Hunt signs. Two days later, Stefanski says Hunt will play a little right out of the gate.

It will not take long for the world to realize that Kareem Hunt is a far superior RB than Jerome Ford. While Ford has a big name, he is a small RB. Kareem Hunt is the definition of a bowling ball. While it may take a game or two for Hunt to get into shape to take on 14+ touches, he certainly will have those responsibilities much sooner than later.

Jerome Ford is going up against a big Titans Run D that is top notch. They are big, they are fast, and Jeffery Simmons can straight up eat Jerome Ford on a tackle where he will completely disappear. Ford will not be able to turn some broken plays into long runs against a disciplined defense like the Titans. From there everyone will start the demands that Kareem should play at least 50% of the snaps instantly.

For those Sheep that say, the Browns chose Ford over Hunt in the preseason, there is nothing to worry about. No, the Browns chose Ford over Hunt because they did not want to pay Hunt $4 Million to sit on the bench or be a part-time player. However, $4 Million is a steal for a guy who will be the #1 RB before October is over.

First the Sheep had you blow your budget on the one-month wonder Puka Nacua, next they had you blow your Budget on the knockoff car in Jerome Ford.
