The goal of these Baseball Hedge funds is to win. Nothing else. In Football, I am going for the giant prizes and matrix style with DFS, but Baseball we are going for the profit gainers. Taking a far more conservative approach in baseball, and only touching GPPs aka Large Tournaments. Watch the Process you can tail the plays, I will post my action before every gameday of my favorite picks. With DFS strategy changing on a daily basis.

DAY 1

START BALANCE: $500

The last thing anyone needs to do when starting a Hedge Fund is blowing a load on the first night. Goal is to play 10% range. Unless there is something I really love, I would go for it. In this case, nothing I love enough to put everything on the line. I will start off with two small parlays. As well as a BEAST DFS Night Lineup.

You can read earlier articles in the Fantasy Baseball tab, but Pablo Lopez was a big part of the BEAST Draft Strategy with Joe Ryan and Sonny Gray. While Pablo Lopez started out unhittable, his ERA really ballooned up to 4.29. Pablo was getting lit up at times, but only in tough matchups. The strikeout numbers have been amazing 126 Ks in 102 INN, but that ERA does hurt. The Royals should not be a team that gives him trouble.

The risk in these games are very slim. Two Playoff caliber teams at home with two solid pitchers, against two terrible teams with two young pitchers who have Rookie cards that are worth less than $1. Nothing sexy here, just two safe plays.
