JOSH ‘THROW IT IN THE 3rd Row’ Allen

BEAST DOME NATION.

We are getting towards the end of all the Major Fantasy Football Busts of 2020. Sure, there are plenty more sprinkled here and there, but guys that will completely kill your team because you spent a high draft pick on them, good luck. The next QB we are going to look at has a falling stock that is falling so quickly, this time next week nobody will be interested in him as a QB1.

Josh Allen was a QB we could all tell pretty instantly had the big arm potential, we saw the Cam Newton running style. However something I noticed very early on in his career, the guy cannot hit a brick building with his throws. Being a QB, being able to hit the consistent slant routes and everything else, that has to come naturally. For Allen, he throws the ball in the third row.

Sure there is a chance Josh Allen could improve his accuracy during this Covid Offseason. There was nothing else to do and there is no doubt he has a strong arm. However even looking at his passing numbers, it is clear Josh Allen does not know how to throw for 300+ Yards in the NFL.

JOSH ALLEN 2019 GAMELOG

In fact, Allen has never thrown for 300 Yards in a game in his two-year career. The rushing TDs definitely help save his season, but even today Josh Allen came out to the public and said he wants to run less. Who can blame him. Defensive players are hitting harder than ever.

With Josh Allen running less, he will need a savior to help him in his passing game numbers. The Bills bring in Stefon Diggs to help solve those problems. As good as Stefon Diggs is, Josh Allen still needs to hit his man on the numbers. Also as good as Stefon Diggs is, games in Buffalo in December will not help. Josh Allen struggles in cold weather and the way 2020 is going who knows how cold it gets this Fall.

You may think, well okay, Allen can still get the rushing TDs even if he runs less. Probably not is the answer. Zack Moss has the potential to be a goal line RB, but Devin Singletary proved himself he is ready for the task. Running near the goal line is where you are going to get hit the hardest.

Josh Allen was never part of the BEAST DOME Draft Strategy. In fact, allowing teams to take Josh Allen early helps the BEAST DOME Draft Strategy. With the news slowly going to spread that Allen is not going to run, the chance to have your BEAST Dream Squad is closing in day by day.

The Fantasy Industry has Josh Allen as the #8 QB. My Preseason Ranking had him at #16. Watch him get outside of the Top 12 this week.
