RESULT: 50 Yards/1 TD

The Second Week of Preseason is almost like the start of the Regular season mode for all teams. Yes it is still Exhibition, for some teams they want to get their stars out their for a quarter. For other teams, they want them to play an entire Half or score 1 TD, whatever comes first. I will disect what I feel both teams need and give you the Sleepers/BUST/BEAST potential.

If you want my BEAST Draft Strategy which I guarantee nobody else will have the same strategy, yet.

EAGLES @ JAGUARS

We should see the battle of Jordan Howard + Miles Sanders kicked up a notch. To know my early prediction, signup for the package above, but I expect both players to semi-struggle. The Eagles are stacked at talent in their backfield and a great dark horse sleeper is Jordan Adams against the backups. Carson Wentz may play a Quarter Max, there are a lot of weapons, but Dallas G. to me is the place you would want to be, if he plays.

Nick Foles will look to play a full quarter, in reality he should play until the Jags score a TD, which is possible. The thing I will be looking out for the most is to see who his favorite target becomes. A stat sheet could be deceiving. Leonard Fournette will play a series max, the backup RBs are not a scary threat.

EAGLES ML

JETS @ FALCONS

Jets starters may only play until they score 1 TD in this game. Darnold and company looked great last week, Jamison Crowder is guaranteed a few catches, but maybe Darnold tries to get his other guys involved. A good matchup for him. Jets do have a lot of backup RB talent that they need to analyze. Early on Ty MontyG is the lead guy behind Le’Veon Bell, but Thomas Rawls and Elijah McGuire are fighting for PT.

Ryan and Julio will likely only play a quarter. Matt Schaub is quietly having a MVP preseason, I know that is over exaggerating but there is a lot of nice things happening in his game. Jets backups should not be much of a challenge, I gave love to Justin Hardy last week, he almost scored a TD. Great garbage time WR.

PACKERS @ RAVENS

Aaron Rodgers may only play a few drives Max, maybe one quarter. Rodgers will be playing to stay healthy, look for Aaron Jones to get some carries, but DEXTER WILLIAMS, is a threat to be this years Preseason MVP. He looked great in his debut, and against backups he should be slashing. Kizer and Boyle are looking really good, the WR depth is so deep that any one of them can have a big game. Packers have a lot of weapons, backups to Ravens not scary against this team.

Ravens backups are beyond garbage. They can run the ball with Gus Edwards, but the rest of their guys would not even be on the Packers offense. Lamar Jackson looked really bad, not scared of him doing much however the Ravens will stay commited to play Lamar until he scores a TD. The offense needs the confidence.

BENGALS @ REDSKINS

Andy Dalton will continue to find Tyler Boyd as his go-to. Expect the Bengals to keep Mixon fresh and not run him that hard, plus that Redskins starting Run D can definitely limit him. After Dalton is out, the Bengals offense is a joke of a unit. Maybe we see some Giovani Bernard, but I doubt it. Bengals just want to be healthy.

Redskins QB battle is ugly to watch. Dwayne Haskins will get an extended look for sure, not a bad matchup, but he has a long way to go with pocket prescense. He looks to run with the ball the instant it is in his hands. Running the ball we should see a heavy RBBC with Sam Perine as the lead guy if I had to choose.

Ugly game. Over 3 Turnovers if you can prop that.

RAIDERS @ CARDINALS

Derek Carr should play a full quarter as he looks to find his #2 WR behind Antonio. J.J. Nelson is the hottest WR on the team, good chance for him, against his old team. RBBC will be too strong to ignore, Jacobs debut is highly anticipated however if you did not watch tape and see what DeAndre Washington did, you would not be drafting Jacobs. Watch Washington tonight.

If I am the Cardinals, starters are playing the entire half and scoring as many TDs as they can. This is their big opportunity to grab early momentum, everyone is healthy, their offense will roll. Murray is a good DFS play in this regard, David Johnson is as well. Larry Fitzgerald + Kirk should get healthy work. Go Arizona Red in this slate where PT is unpredictable around the league.

The Cardinals need to keep Murray on the field until they score a TD. If the Cardinals pull Murray before a TD, it is guaranteed the Cardinals will start the season slow and be out of it before the end of October.
