WE ALL NEED A SOLDER TO LEAN ON

Tom Brady has been in near perfect health, or at least healthy enough to start, for pretty much his entire career minus a cheap shot which tore Brady’s ACL in 2008.

Since Nate Solder has been the Blindside Tackle for Brady from 2011-2017, Brady has not missed a game. That is pretty impressive that a QB from the Age of 34-40 not missing one game. If Nate Solder does not do his job on one play and allows Brady to take a big hit that Brady did not see coming. Not only is Tom Brady likely to be out for the rest of the game, but a handful of games, maybe retire. On top of it all, the Patriots have made the Playoffs every single season that Nate Solder has been the blindside protection.

This off-season, the Patriots and Solder were not able to come to an agreement, and the Giants threw him $62 Million over 4 Years, making him the highest paid offensive lineman in the history of the NFL. Well deserved we should all add.

Solder goes from protecting one fossil in Brady, to another in Eli who is 37 Years Old. Eli will grately grab an advantage from finally having someone that will allow him to focus downfield and make the throws.

Eli was not the problem for the Giants last season

The offensive Line was a problem. Which they upgraded

Their WRs got injured. Now healthy, though Brandon Marshall is gone.

Their Running Game was a Joke. Saquon should take care of that.

While I highly doubt I will push Eli Manning as the BEAST DOME QB for 2018, the Book of Eli where when everyone doubts him, he comes through. The pages are starting to come designed in color. Eli Manning and the Giants Offense have something to look at with a positive light heading into 2018.
